On 10 December 2009, Hua Hin Cultural Council held the 5th Thai Cultural Festival. Wing5, 4th Air Division of Air Combat Command Headquarter has cooperated with government sectors of Prachuap Khirikhan Province to held annual memorial ceremony of “December 8th 1941 (A.D. 2484) Heroes” during Dec. 7-13, 2009 at Wing5 historical Park, Prachuap Khirkhan.
