Every day all staff officials of Hua Hin Foreigner Service Link Center welcome foreigners and help them with their problems. There are many cases when the land & house project owner breaks the contract . Some foreigners have paid money but are unable to get the land deed or Nor Sor 3. At the present time, there are many foreigner who ran land & houses sale business but the Thai law states clearly that foreigners are not allowed buy land in Thailand. On 5th of June 2007 Mr. Prasit Boonlikit, Hua Hin District Officer, had a meeting with his staff regarding foreigners who live in Hua Hin. During the meeting, there was a discussion regarding Hua Hin Foreigner Service Link Center and how to control the foreigners who live in Hua Hin. Mr.Silaphan Kamolpramote, Mayor of Hua Hin, revealed that food contamination in Hua Hin is unfortunately on the increase. This is due to poor hygiene and unclean hands and incorrect storage at the wrong temperatures. It is now possible to buy ready made food from markets, whereas all the cooking was done at home, more and more people choose to eat out in the markets, and street stalls.
